Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing science that combines acupressure, stimulation of energy lines, stretches, deep rhythmic breathing, and assisted yoga postures.

Traditional Thai Massage, also known as Thai Yoga Massage, is akin to having yoga performed on you. Instead of simply rubbing the muscles, this technique involves compressing, stretching, and rocking the body to effectively open blockages and relieve tension. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to deliver a deeply relaxing and healing experience. During a session, joints are gently opened, tendons and ligaments are stretched, internal organs are toned, and overall energy is balanced and restored. A full-body Thai Massage provides a powerful and rejuvenating mind/body healing experience.

With origins tracing back over a thousand years in Thailand, Thai Massage incorporates both Indian and Chinese influences. It focuses on the circulation of vital energy through major pathways called sen lines. These energy lines are manipulated, and key pressure points along them are stimulated to enhance energy flow and restore balance. Andrew maintains a state of concentration throughout each session, integrating mindfulness, breath awareness, and compassion to ensure a holistic and therapeutic experience.
